The lower Linear axis stage has 50 mm of travel. The Pitch-axis is a +/- 10 degrees Goniometer, the Roll-axis is a +/- 15 degrees Goniometer, and the Yaw-axis (upper -axis) is a 60 mm diameter rotary stage capable of continuous rotation. (OES) offers the users a high precision, low profile, compact motorized rotary stage. This precision stage with a diameter of 40 mm (1.575 in.) table is just 30 mm (1.181 in.) high and the footprint is only 133 mm by 57.5 mm (5.236 in. by 2.264 in.). The stage has an 8 mm (0.314 in.) aperture, a vernier scale, and a pattern of threaded mounting holes in the rotary table, and holes in the base for easy integration into new and existing applications.

The yaw range of travel is +/-10 or +/- 15 degrees. The pitch range of travel is 360 degrees of continuous motion. The diameter of the pitch axis is 60 mm.

The AQ140 Series of linear stages are available off-the-shelf in travel lengths of: 600 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm, and 1000 mm. These high precision stages can be ordered with a Two-Phase Stepper Motor (pictured) which feature resolutions of 2 micron and 1.25 micron (achieved with a 10 or 20 micro-steps per step stepper motor driver), and up to 80 mm per sec of travel.

(OES) features a vertical lift of 600 mm.  The AT20-600-01 (pictured) is driven by a Two-Phase Stepper Motor features a repeatability of 5 microns, positional accuracy of 20 microns and has a knob on the motor for manual adjustment. The AT20-600-02 is driven by a Brushless DC Servo Motor with a Quadrature Incremental Encoder and the AT20-600-03 is driven by a DC Servo Motor with a Quadrature Incremental Encoder.  Each of the Servo Motor options, the -02 and -03 versions, offer higher travel speeds, increased positional accuracy, and repeatability.  The AT20-600-04 is driven by a Two-Phase Stepper Motor with a Quadrature Incremental Encoder mounted on the motor for position verification.

The AU200-15×15-01 Motorized Stage (pictured) and the AU200-15×15-04 Motorized Stage are powered by Two-Phase Stepper Motors and have high 0.25 micron resolution and high 1.5 micron repeatability.

The AU200-15×15-04 stage includes Quadrature encoders for position verification. Both stages have a large 3.54 in. x 3.54 in. (90 mm x 90 mm) platform with large open aperture and feature standard 1 mm-per-turn ground lead screws, and precision V-grove and Cross Roller guides.

It moves in XY-plane and rotates around the center of the XY-plane.
