Van Nuys, CA – — Motion Control – An extensive series of XZG Positioning Stages (X-axis, Z-axis, and Goniometer) is the newest addition to the OES (Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc.) family of high precision motion control stages. Built to order, a user can select from any combination of linear stages with travel lengths of 15 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm for both the X and Z axes that feature high precision 1 mm per turn lead screws, and if required travel lengths over 100 mm are also available. Additionally, any of three goniometers with +/-10, +/-15, +/-45 degrees of travel can be selected and mounted in a horizontal (pictured) or vertical orientation.

Additionally, four motor options are the: -01 version which has Stepper Motor driven axes, -02 version has Three Phase-Servo Motor driven Axes, -03 version has DC Servo Motor Driven Axes and -04 version has Stepper Motor Driven Axes with Quadrature Optical Encoders for position verification.

The AT10-120 Vertical Stage is a high resolution, low profile, high load stage (to 15 kg 33 lbs) that can be easily integrated into almost any application. The 220 mm x 140 mm stage (8.7 in. 5.5 in.) has a vertical travel of 110 mm (4.3 In.), and up to 0.25µ(20 MicroStep) resolution.

These are easy to use, single-handed, ergonomic joysticks that provide proportional control of the X, Y, and Z axis of from one to three actuators. Low, medium, and high speed ranges are button selectable. The X, Y, and Z axis speeds are controlled by the tilt angle of the handle and the angle of rotation of the knob.

Van Nuys, CA – — Motion Control Components – Ergonomic, easy to use, and integrated Joystick motion controllers for steppers, DC motors, and servo motor drivers in one, two, three, and four axis models are available from OES (Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc.). Users can choose from 18 models providing: Step and Direction signals per axis, Quadrature signals per axis, Analog Signals per axis and PWM and Direction signals per axis. The tilt angle of the joystick controls the speed of motion. The three, button selected, speed ranges are high speed, medium speed, and slow speed. These, low cost, long life, Joysticks have a 5.5 feet long cord and the standard connector is a 25-pin-DB-25, male connector. The maximum speeds may be set by the user via the supplied, easy to use GUI.

Two slide switches engage/disengage the joystick for shipping. The footprint of the joystick is 4.76 inches wide by 7.80 inches long. OES also offers complete Plug-and-Play systems including, motors, encoders, drivers, and cabling.

The AU300-XZ Motorized Three-axis Gimbal Mount can be ordered as a complete plug-and-play system with a multi-axis controller, joy stick, track ball, or keypad, and with a 30 mm thru hole in the roll stage.
